Material of the rings is 9Cr18Mo refined stainless steel; rollers adopt AISI440C refined stainless steel. Material for retainers is imported polyimide from America. The bearings possess characters of excellent safety and durability. Under 200-250KPa air pressure, the bearing's rotating speed can reach 350,000-450,000rpm; Noise can be controlled within 65db. The service life can reach over 6 months under normal working conditions.

Introduction:
|
1、It is best that the interference fit between bearing bore and turbine shaft is under 0.5um~1.5um. When putting turbine shaft into bearing bore, the pressure should be forced on the face of inner ring to avoide the damage of rollway and balls.
|
2、After fitting the bearing into tubine shaft they should be clear and instilled special lubricant.(Ethanol must not be used ).
|
3、After high steam sterilized the Dental High Handpiece/driller should be jetted some lubricant into the air inlet before used and so that bearing could be used longer.
|
4、To keep operating stability,the preload spring stress of bearing should be controlled under 1.2±0.2N.
